First class customer service is standard throughout all projects and begins with a project kick-off meeting to ensure that all of your requirements, issues, deadlines and other concerns are fully understood. Our project management methodology ensures that scope changes are handled efficiently. Regular communication with the project’s key stakeholders makes sure that everyone remains aware of the project status at all times.

All projects are fully tested before shipping. Customers are always welcome to witness this Factory Acceptance Test. Once commissioning is complete, a thorough System Acceptance Test ensures that the system fully meets all of your requirements.

After commissioning, after sales support includes a one year warranty, followed by continued support based on the specific requirements of each project. Telephone support and remote diagnostics via modem are used to efficiently resolve the majority of issues and this can always be followed by a site visit if required. Maintenance contracts are available as a convenient and reliable backup to a customer’s own technical personnel.
